If Only I Had Known
As an elderly lady sat on her front porch reflecting on her long life, a Fairy Godmother suddenly appeared and offered to fulfill three wishes for her."Well", said the woman, "I guess I'd like to be rich."
POOF: The Fairy Godmother turned her rocking chair into solid gold.
"And I wouldn't mind being a young and beautiful princess."
POOF: The Fairy Godmother turned the old woman into an exquisite young princess with a priceless crown of jewels.
"Your third wish?" asked the Fairy Godmother. The elderly woman's dog raised his head a uttered a single, weak, hoarse "woof". "Could you possibly turn my wonderful dog into a handsome prince?"
POOF: There, in front of the old woman, who has now turned into a beautiful princess, stood the most handsome young man anyone had ever seen. More handsome than anyone could possibly imagine.
She stared at him in awe, completely smitten. As he came toward her, her knees weakened. He bent down, brushing his lips across her ear as he whispered, "I'll bet you're sorry you ever had me neutered."

一人の年取った女性がフロントポーチで長い人生を振り返っていると、魔法使いのおばあさんが急に現れ、３つの願いを叶えてくれるという。「そうね、」と女性は言う、「お金持ちになりたいかな。」
ポン！魔法使いのおばあさんはロッキングチェアーを純金に変えました。
「それで美しい王女になってもいいかな。」
ポン！魔法使いのおばあさんは年寄りの女性を値のつけられない宝石の王冠を被った美しい王女へと変えました。
「３つ目の願いは？」と魔法使いのおばあさんが聞く。年取った女性が飼っている犬が弱くしゃがれた声で、「ワン」と鳴く。「私のこの疲れきった犬をハンサムの王子にする事は出来る？」
ポン！年取った女性の前に、（美しい王女と変わっている）、だれも見た事の無いハンサムな若い青年が立っている。だれにも想像つかないようなハンサムさだ。
彼女は驚きを持って彼を見つめる。完全に魅せられている。彼が彼女の側に近寄ってくると、彼女の膝は震えた。彼はひざまずいて、唇を彼女の耳に軽く触れさせるようにしながらこう囁く、「おれの事を去勢したのを後悔してんじゃないかい？」
