Hiking Money
A father came home from a long business trip to find his son riding a new 21 speed mountain bike.
"Where did you get the money for the bike? It must have cost $300," he asked.
"Easy, Dad," little Johnny replied. "I earned it hiking."
"Come on Johnny," the father said. "Tell me the truth."
"That is the truth!" Johnny replied.
"Every night you were gone, Mom's boss, Mr. Reynolds, would come over to see Mom. He'd give me a $20 bill and tell me to take a hike!"

父親が出張から帰ってくると息子が21段変速ギアのマウンテンバイクに乗っていることに気づく。「その自転車はどうやって手に入れたんだ？300ドルはしただろうに。」と父親が聞く。
「簡単だよ、パパ。散歩で稼いだんだ。」とジョニーが答える。
「何言ってるんだ、ジョニー。本当の事を言えよ。」と父親が言う。
「本当なんだよ！」とジョニーは答える。
「お父さんが居なかった間、毎晩ママの上司のレイノルズさんがママに会いに家に来てたんだ。レイノルズさんは毎回20ドルを僕に渡して『散歩して来い！』って。」
