Sign language
There was this construction worker, Steve, on the 3rd floor of this unfinished building. Steve needed a hand saw but was too lazy to go down and get it himself. So he tried to call to his fellow worker, Joe, on the ground to get it for him, but Joe could not hear a word he said. So Steve started to give a sign to Joe so that Joe could understand him.First Steve pointed to his eyes (meaning "I"), then pointed at his knees(meaning "need"), and moved his hand back and forth describing the movement of a hand saw. Finally, Joe started shaking his head like he understood and dropped his pants and started to jack off.
Steve got mad and ran down to the ground and started yelling at Joe, "You idiot, I was trying to say, 'I need a hand saw!'" Joe replied, "I know, I was trying to tell you that 'I'm coming. . .'"

スティーブと言う名の大工さんが工事中のビルの３階にいます。彼はのこぎりが必要になりましたが、降りて自分で取りに行くのが面倒臭くなりました。そこで彼は下にいる仲間の大工、ジョー、に取ってきてもらうよう呼びかけました。しかし、ジョーは一言も聞こえないようです。そこでスティーブは身振り手振りでジョーに何が欲しいか伝えようとします。最初にスティーブは自分を表すのに目を指差します。（"eye" = "I")次に彼は必要である事を表すのにひざを指します。（"Knees" = "need")そして、次にのこぎりを引く真似をして、のこぎりが必要な事を伝えようとします。すると、ジョーはいきなりズボンをおろしてマスをかき始めました。
スティーブは怒り、走って下まで降りて行くとジョーにどなります。「このうすのろ、おれは”のこぎりが必要だ！”って言おうとしたんだ！」
ジョーは答えます。「分かってるよ。おれは”今、行くよ”って言おうとしたんだ．．．」
