Wrong About Brother
A pregnant woman is in a car accident and falls into deep coma. Asleep for nearly six months, she wakes up and sees that she is no longer pregnant. Frantically, she asks the doctor about her baby.The doctor replies, " Ma'am, you had twins! A boy and a girl. The babies are fine. Your brother came in and named them."
The woman thinks to herself, " Oh no, not my brother, he's an idiot!" Expecting the worst, she asks the doctor, " Well, what's the girl's name?"
"Denise," says the doctor.
The new mother thinks, " Wow, that's not a bad name. I guess I was wrong about my brother. I like Denise!"
Then she asks the doctor, " What's the boy's name?"The doctor replies, " Denephew."
兄への誤解
ある妊婦が事故に遭い、昏睡状態へと陥ってしまった。６ヶ月近く昏睡した後、彼女は目が覚めた時に既に妊娠して居ないことに気づく。パニックになり、彼女は自分の赤ん坊の事について聞く。医者が答える、「あなたは双子を産んだのですよ！男の子と女の子です。赤ん坊は元気ですよ。あなたのお兄さんが来て名前を付けてくれました。」
女性は考える、「ああ、うちの兄さんだけは・・・頭悪いから！」最悪の事態を予測しながら彼女は医者に聞きます、「あの、それで女の子の名前は？」
「メイです。」
女性は考える、「あら、悪くないわ。兄さんについて私間違ってたかしら。メイって名前気に入ったわ！」
そして彼女はまた聞く、「男の子の名前はなんて言うの？」医者が答える、「オイです。」
